"render as" DVD

I'm having trouble rendering out a DVD file. I'm rendering as mpeg-2, going to custom, selecting DVD from the drop-down list. When I start the render it stops after about 180 frames and says "an unknown error has occurred".

Any ideas?

have you modified any of the MPEG-2 custom settings? If so, please post your exact render settings here and we'll look into it.

No, I haven't. Only selected DVD. BTW - If I make an MPEG-2 (not using the drop-dwon to select DVD) it seems to work fine. ??

I have the same problems. I made a custom DVD setting with 352x480 and CBR at 3,200,000 bitrate. I did it before at 4,300,000 bitrate and it worked fine. That was with a one hour video. Now I'm doing 3,200,000 and it dies about half way through with that error and just stops! Help.

Also 3.0c has an improved MPEG encoder, so why not update to this and see if it fixes it.
