You can render OggVorbis(*.ogg) audio in out-of-the-box Vegas (10, anyway). I know of no way to render the video.

Suggest you look into either: MiroVideoConverter or Firefogg (for Firefox, only). If I remember correctly, both will accept DNxHD .mov input. Details of how to get the DNxHD codec & render from Vegas are here: HD Video for the Web - Guide for Vegas Users
