Render As won't allow media save

For some reason when I go to File>Render As , the "Copy and trim Media with project" is greyed out. I'm trying to consolidate the project and media (which I have done recently, without incident).

Any ideas or suggestions?

I believe this option goes with Save As for the .veg file, not with rendering.
