Render Bug? Horizontal Red/junk line at bottom of render output

This has happened on the last two renders of mine, MainConcept MPEG2 (DVD Architect template, bitrate adjusted for 2:25 total length target). Vegas 14 latest public build. NVIDIA card (yes GPU enabled)

During the render, the very bottom lines either have image-shifted content or solid colors.. it's not just in the preview window; it ends up in the final output (and hopefully cropped out for TV-watchers using DVD players, but sadly still visible when watching on many computer DVD players). See attached image.

Any ideas what might be causing this? It's not in the entire render.. just parts (maybe there's a problem encoding from a certain source camera??) Maybe a GPU compatibility issue?

Anyone else ever get this?

If there's a problem encoding from a certain source camera, can you try rerender just this shot only to MPEG2 ?

Seems like a GPU assist problem, but I can be wrong.

When I still use previous GPU card (Radeon 5750), My previous problem was rendering to 852x480p Mainconcept Internet MP4 preset settings, and I got a green bar on the side. Manual change of width resolution in 480p fix the issue.
