i have just finished up the final for a music video and i need to render a version of it for viewing at the bands myspace site and u-tube and the such....
the project is currently 1280x720
at 23.976 framerate
with a field order None(progressive)
and pixel aspect 1.0 square

what should i choose and set for format and options settings
to get a good looking video that is under 100meg
(it is about 4min long)
thanks

I would go with WMV at 3Mbps, 640x360. With audio at 192Kbps or so your 4 minutes would take about 94MB.

You might be able to get away with 960x540, but i bet some players will bog down and skip trying to display that large a frame. Sticking with 640x360 should result in a very sharp and crisp image.
