Render for WMP 10, or 11

Is there new render options to render avi to WMV 10.0 , or 11.0
I currently render for windows media player 9.0 and some clients can't play the video because they have 10.0 or 11.0

And how about quicktime 7.0?

Something weird is going on with those clients. There's no reason why any version of Media Player shouldn't play back content rendered for older versions.

That is what I thought. On my website, with is built with microsoft 2003. My media player on there is 9.0, but it seems if the client has the newer media player, it won't play:(
