render HD for You Tube VMS9

I have read that to successfully render HD video for You Tube it should be in the folowing format:
MPEG4 (DivX, Xvid, H.264) format
1280×720 resolution
128k Mono or 320k Stereo MP3/AAC audio
24,25 or 30 frames per second

When I view the RENDER AS options in VMS9 Pro, I see these options:
Frauhofer AAC .mp4, Main concept .mp4 or SONY AVC .mp4

I am new to video - are any of these the same as the mpeg4 specs above? Is .mp4 the same as .mpeg4?
