Render HDV project

Hi

I made an HDV project in 8.0b. I want to export for computerviewing / download. I render now to WMV 6.7 Mb template in 1080 25P and it will be ok, but it's a big file and need quite a lot of horse power to watch.

My question is then, what would be the best format and size to render to so that more people would be able to watch without stuttering?

I usually use the 720P HD format for web viewing. You can turn the rate down more that 1080. Try 3Mb/s and adjust from there. Still looks good for most people.
