Render Settings Export

In Vegas 8, is it possible to export your Render templates to a file in the same manner that you are able to export effects combinations?

If you mean saving them to take to another computer, the answer is yes.
Here's how to do it (thanks to John Rofrano for the tip).

All of the custom rendering templates are in:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Sony\File Templates
Where <username> is your windows account name.
Just copy them over to your new PC and they should be recognized.
