Render two things at once

My question is can I render audio and video seperatly with two windows of vegas open? and if so How do I go about doing this? I've done it before but I can't remember how I done this. Thanks

Just open two instances of Vegas, open same project and in one render A and in the other render B.

Okay but what format do I render audio and what format I render video. I know that they both have to have the same name so I can transfer to dvd. Your respons is appreciated.

For video use the DVD-Architect template under MPEG-2 for video, choosing widescreen/normal as appropriate and NTSC/PAL depending on your region. For audio use Dolby AC3 .
