Rendered Blank Videos

When I attempt to edit a video, the preview and file is fine. Once I click on MP4 Video render, the file renders very quickly and I open it only for it be a split second of the video then just blank. There is no audio. I have reinstalled the program and restarted my PC several times but no luck.

@Farhan-N Which version and build of Vegas Movie Studio are you using?

Maybe you have a very short loop region set and the Render Option is set to "Loop Region Only"??
