I have sharp HD avi files 1280x720. If I render these to mp4 MOV files with 70% quality (and also other formats) I notice the video is a little soft and when I pause it there are obviously two frames blended together. Moving objects show double. How can I avoid this.
I am rendering to the same size and frame rate as the original.
