Rendered project has synchronization flaws

I'm using Movie Studio 9. Rendering my project results in some very bad synchronization of visual images with the audio (nareration) track. All is well in the program preview, but several visual clues are missed in the rendered version. The rendering is in AVI format. What can be wrong?

Try exporting like this instead http://eugenia.gnomefiles.org/2007/11/09/exporting-with-vegas-for-vimeo-hd/ if your footage is not HD, adjust the resolution/bitrate accordingly.

I'm actually not using video footage in my project, just a large number of still images. Synchronization with the audio track is the serioujs problem I'm having in the rendered version.

It doesn't matter what you use. Did you try that exporting tutorial to see if it fixes your problem?
