When I try to render my movie, it won't work. I have made many movies in the past and this has never happened. It looks like it's rendering but the green progess indicator stays at 0%. Any suggestions? Other than uninstalling and re-installing?

Have you tried to make a super simple "project" - like just containing one 3 sec still photo and then render that?
If it works (or not) this experiment might give some hint as to what is wrong...

Does the frame counter incrememt at all? Is that very slow too? My first thought is that maybe you've added some extra effects or overlays beyond what you've used before. Some combinations of effects can slow rendering down by huge factors. I've had some cases where rendering slowed down to only a few frames per hour.
