Rendering

I've been a Vegas Pro user from day1. Starting with Vegas Pro 11, it started crashing whenever I would render using MainConcept MPEG-2 decoder to DVD Architect NTSC Widescreen (or non widescreen) video stream. Using .avi or .wmv files I had no problem rendering. Looking for solutions and not finding any, I just used the Windows DVD maker (at no charge mind you) in Windows 7 instead of DVD Architect Pro 5.2. I still had my edits in Vegas Pro and my DVD didn't need to all that fancy in design. Fast forward, I reluctantly upgrade to Vegas Pro12 thinking "OK, Sony finally got it right" but noooh, it still the same crash when rendering. Now on my Laptop and house computer, they have Windows 8 (not by my choice) and no DVD maker. So now I'm forced to use DVD Architect Pro 5.2 and now 6.0.
Interesting I downloaded Vegas Pro 10 and installed it. Rendering to MainConcept MPEG-2 decoder to DVD Architect NTSC Widescreen video stream works. The only problem is I can't import from Vegas Pro 12 to Vegas Pro 10 so I have to re-edit the video which is very tedious and really pisses me off.
Since Sony can't provide me with a workable solution, I was hoping someone on this forum might shed some solution to make Vegas Pro 12 render to MainConcept MPEG-2 decoder to DVD Architect NTSC Widescreen video stream without freezing up or crashing. If I need to re-edit at this point, then it's time to abandon Vegas and DVD Architect and look at another program that actually works! I have all the latest and fastest components in all my computers. Intel MBs and Intel I7 CPUs with SS hard drives with 16GB ram and use EVGA video cards in all.
My suspicion is not the MainConcept MPEG-2 decoder which I thought at first but works in Pro 10 so it must be something Sony did versions 11 and 12 that's causing this problem in rendering. I know some will respond with "works fine for me " etc. I realize it works for most but NOT in my situation with 3 high end computers! Apple makes a great argument to switch...one code for all..

Usual suspects...

Try different drivers for your graphics card. The latest may not be the best... search the forum for your card too.

Ram preview. Mine is at 200 the default. Some have to set it to 0.

For 3 different graphic cards? Remember all three computers have a different EVGA card. I can't render on any computer with PRO 12 . Although the ram seems like a clue, I'll look at the that, thanks
