rendering as a .flv

can you render a video as a .flv in vegas movie studio platnium 9.0.
i didnt see it in any of the "render as" presets.
is there antother way in vegas msp 9.0.

i quess ill have to use my corel video studio 12 to render them as a flv for now.

No, you can't. You must export in a high quality format and then use another app to do FLV.

Can you recommend a good program to convert the files to .flv as the ones I have do not come out very good quality?
