Rendering As Issues

Every time I hit Render As after I finish my video on Sony Vegas Pro 13 a screen pops up that says Problem Report, Vegas Pro has Stopped Working. I really need to know how to fix this so I can render my videos. Please Help!

Since this is a general problem with Vegas Pro and not specific to the Production Assistant plug-in, I would ask this question in the main Vegas Pro forum. Something is definitely not right with your Vegas Pro installation. Perhaps start with re-installing it.
