Rendering Aspect Not Correct

I'm shooting in Panasonic AVCHD at 1920/1080p format. The project appears to match and it looks good in Vegas Movie Studio Platinum. I'm rendering with those same settings. But, the finished product seems stretched in the vertical. I've tried changing the pixel aspect to 1.0; but, that is squashed.

Baffled....

Make sure when you render you pick a widescreen 16:9 template and not a standard 4:3. Whatever you choose for rendering will override the project settings.
