I know that there is a bug in Vegas that causes AVCHD rendering to hang. I have spent 1.5 months talking to technical support about this and they said it should be fixed in upcoming updates.
In the meantime, what is the best workaround to produce 1080p quality video (with audio). WMV11 is not 1080p. When I burn with mainconcept in the bluray format there is no audio (which someone in the forum said is normal). Am I missing something? I specifically bought vegas b/c sony was involved with the creation of avchd.
