Rendering best quality for playback on smartphones

Using Movie Studio HD 11, and wondering what rendering file type is best for best quality playback on smartphones and tablets?

Okay, let me clarify in the hope of some feedback. I'm producing a slideshow vid of old family photos with audio soudtrack, and I want my family (who are scattered all across the country) to be able to watch it on their smartphones and tablets with the highest definition/quality. Some have iPhones, some androids (if that makes any difference).

Using one of the MainConcept AVC/AAC presets should get you going for the iPhones. I would imagine that using those presets would create an .mp4 file that is also playable on an Android device.
