Rendering Completed

I really enjoy the "Rendering Completed" voice at the end of rendering. I'm not sure if the voice is part of Vegas or Win7 but it reminds me of Truman Capote's voice in the film, 'Infamous', and makes me smile. It works every time and is my favorite bit of VP11 atm.

It must be a Guantanamo Bay thing......

It helps take the edge off 5 crashes in a row and lightens the mood after a successful render at last.

It's part of the Vegasaur plug-in. I jumped a mile when it first happened, but it's very useful to be alerted when I'm in another room during rendering.

You can easily replace this voice to any sound file (e.g. your own voice ;) ) or completely disable it...
Go to Vegasaur > Render > Render Assistant

Yes, I have Vegasaur which is really useful. I really like the voice a lot so I won't change it. It has a strange HAL like quality as if it might suddenly start talking to me while I work, "Do you really want to render in PAL uncompressed?" "Are you sure?" "Why won't you answer me?"

I guess if you turn it up loud enough it makes a great alarm clock.
