Rendering Dilemna

Does anyone know how I can render any Vegasaurus template to fit Instagram (1080X1080). It's far more complicated than changing the settings in Properties. When I do that, it throws off the aspect ratios of a LOT of slides - been working in the Art Gallery 3D template. Thank you!

Import the finished Vegasaur template project (probably 1920x1080 with 16:9 aspect ratio) as a nested project into a 1:1 (1080x1080) Vegas project. Make sure that the nested template.veg is cropped to 1:1 AR (in pan/crop tool select match output aspect) otherwise your final render will show black borders.
