Hi

I was wondering if there is a document discussing all the render option in depth
as I struggling to get the best out of my video's. I am recording in HDHQ on Sony CX-105 and rendering to dvd produces poor quality video's

So I am basically looking for a help or guide that will explain each option, which will help me make and informed decision regarding rendering.
