Rendering File sze

I have a movie that is about an hour 59:13 min long. I need to keep it down to 500MB in file size. Right now the projext size is 320x240x32 15.000p Multimedia. Can anyone offer suggestions. I plan to load this up on Viemo for viewing.

Do you mean it is just under an hour or just under 2 hours? And what form is the movie in right now?

It all depends on the length and the bitrate. The frame rate and frame size make no difference in the final output file size. So, if you want the file smaller either shorten the video or use a lower bitrate.
