Rendering "Hiccups"

Hi, I am rendering video using sony vegas 11 and after the render, I have these flashes and glitches in the video. Each time I render, they are in a different spot. Sometimes there are multiple glitches, sometimes as few as one. Sometimes it looks like the video was on tape that had a bend in it. I have tried to render the same video about 9 or 10 times. The glitches are never in the same place twice but I have zero good renders. Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

you don't say what you're actually rendering from > to...

have you got gpu turned on for rendering?

if so, try turning it off.

I'm not sure what you mean by rendering from/to.

I have the GPU turned off

If you have a GPU issue make sure it is OFF under preferences as well as the render template, depending on what render template and codec you use. As you can see, we need more information about the project and the target.
