Rendering in Vegas 10 for use with Serato

I am doing some edits and need to know what is the quickest but best settings for use in serato. Most of my vid are around 100Mbs in size... I don't need extremely great quality but dont want crap either...

Vegas can encode to a lot lot of formats. I'd look on forums dealing with Serato to see what people are using on the Windows platform. And then I'd test a bit.

I'd probably avoid complex codecs like h.264 even though the file sizes are small. You want to favor performance over MBytes.
