Rendering Media with different audio bitrates

Okay so if I am rendering media files with different audio bitrates for example 384000 to 128000 what effects if any does this have on Vegas Pro software? Does anyone have any tips for working with multiple files with different audio bitrates? It's difficult to match media settings when you are working with different types of media.

I don't think it matters and bitrates are only comparable between the same codecs (so AC3 and PCM wouldn't be comparable for example). Just use an adequate output bitrate for the type of media you are creating and its intended use.
