Rendering MPEG Creates Empty File

I am using Vegas Version 2.0b (Build 362) and when I render a project as MPEG-1 or MPEG-2, I end up with an empty file. Does anyone know what is causing this?

Yeah......Vegas Version 2.0b (build 362).

Get the latest and greatest - try your render and see if you still get nothing.

I installed the latest - 2.0h Build 434 and still no luck.
