Rendering MPEG2 16:9?

I bring this question still on topic, as I am wondering how to render an MPEG2 file in 16:9 using PAL-standart? Actually, I already have an MPEG2 16:9 file, that I did edit a little bit and I want to keep the settings...

Use the DVDA PAL Widescreen template. when rendering to mpeg-2.
Modify bitrate(s) to suit.
