Rendering out of sync. Please help

Hi, i am fairly new to vegas and am working on my first project. Last night i left my PC rendering a 25 minute clip of video that i captured with a satellite tuner (dvb). I imported this pva file inti V4 and set it to render as an Mpeg 2 Pal DV. Why is the result out of sync by about haf a second. (audio lags behind). What can i change in settings?

Im not sure what satellite conversions do but what I do in those siutations is just move the audio until it is in sync and then render out from there.

You can try using DVD2AVI to decode a wav file and it will you how many ms the audio sync is off. Then you can always remux with Virtual Dub.
