Rendering Problem

I have a problem rendering on my PC. It used to render in realtime...now it renders about a frame per second on a 720x480x32, 29.970i project.

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem

What is different about this project than others you've done in the past?

Nothing...that what I don't understand...I'm not sure if I've altered a default setting that's causing this or what...I just wondered if anyone else had experienced the same problem and what they did to fix it.

Got any suggestions?
