Greetings!
I use Movie Studio Platinum 12. My project has a bunch of .3GP clips. When I open their Properties > Media tab, some show Format as 'AVC' while others show 'MPEG-4 Video'.
I tried rendering the project to many formats. The problem is, all 'MPEG-4 Video' clips render blank screen. 'AVC' clips render fine. I see the same problem in the Preview window too.
I got the following from various forums and tried them all:
1. Turned off 'Close media files when not the active application'
2. Installed K-Lite Codec Pack
3. Restart MSP just before rendering
4. On the video track's Track FX and select Bypass All
5. Right-click on each clip and select Switches > Disable Resample
6. Tried rendering out to several different formats and resolutions
I have a deadline tomorrow and am clueless on what else to do. PLEASE HELP!!!
