I'm in the process of rendering a 3d animation (to use in Powerpoint). I do this by rendering firstly to a full screen .m2ts format (1920 X1080) and then cropping the dimensions for Powerpoint in .wmv format. This normally works beautifully but this time my slide background is a combination of soft whites and greys. I find that even when I load the bmp file (1920 by 1080) in Vegas and render just the still image as a video, the result comes out as plain white. The compression seems to strip out all of the greys in the image. The only way I can get around this is by rendering the file to an uncompressed format.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to which format that I can try to give a more satisfactory result?
Thanks.
