Rendering ProRes HQ to 3840 2160 4K

My normal work flow is AMD/VCE. However one of the stock places requests ProRes HQ. My machine is an i7 7700, 32 gig ram, AMD 8 gig and render is to a SSD. Is there any way to batch render segments of a file vs projects? I'd like to put all of my stock files together and render only segments. It takes about 5 1/2 minutes to render a 30 second segment to ProRes HQ as to opposed to real time for the AMD/VCE. If I put the same files in a que in Mercalli PRO with the settings turned off I can render to its ProRes medium format in about half the time. This is in both V15/16.

You could use the integrated Batch Render script to render Regions. Or use a tool like Vegasaur for further batch render options.
