I'm using Vegas 4 and have a rendering question.
Since DVDA isn't set up to allow me to write data headers for "enhanced" (video/data) DVDs, I'm going to purchase a copy of DVDit to create my final physical disc.
My question is: what's the best manner in which to render such a project (MPG-2)? Should I use the DVDA codec or just render to MPG-2 as an M2v file? Is there really a point to compiling final video to the DVDA codec if I'm not going to use DVDA at all? The DVD NTSC (non DVDA) codec is a heck of a lot faster anyway.
BTW, if anyone knows a better (and less expensive) way to author a mixed-mode DVD slated for manufacturing, I'm all ears.
Thanks.
