No, you cannot. There are no hardware-assists that have written drivers for Sony Vegas.

It's not Sony's job. that's why I commented that no company had written drivers for Sony Vegas.
It's Canopus, Matrox, Pinnacle, Decklink's jobs to write drivers for THEIR hardware to work with Sony.
Adobe doesn't spend the money/time writing drivers for Matrox or Canopus, that's done by those companies for them. Same with Ulead and other hardware-assist capable tools.
