rendering to dvd

I am trying to burn my first dvd and unfortunatelly it shos and error ocurred while creating the mediafile-reason not determined

the file i way under 4.7 g and my computer vaio has 140 g is the new vaio -can you tell me what should I do? i appreciate you cooperation since i have to make a presentation at work next week~ /abel

What program are you using?

Is this when you render the MPEG file or when you try to to burn the DVD?
Can you describe step by step what you are doing?

the program i have is sony screenblast movie studio
i took the video with a little camera aipek .
the file hasthe following size 6.76 MB (7,097,080 bytes)
mi computer is the vaio pcv-w600g

the file finish with wmv

1-the first thing i do is to open new project
2-i press in make movie
3-burn to dvd
a windows appears showing C:\Documents and Settings\Abel Zaborowski\My Documents\My Videos\Untitled.avi

then i press next and askk me if i want to overwrite and i press yes
then it shows that the file is 2,51 Gb
and ask me if i want to continue

i press ok

then and error message comes saying that and error ocurred while creating the media file and also says make sure you have access to the file/folder and
there is enough free sapce

Even though you have lots of disk space you may have used it up rendering multiple times of the same file. Esecially in the .avi format. Check the disk space on your C: drive. I did that and had to delete some files of the same thing.

dear cimeron: i call sony and they told me to use the drive d or other beacuse c does not have to much space or like you said,remove some files from the c/thank you for you help~ abel
