I have just mastered my first TV-Commercial done on Vegas. According to the techn. specifications I had to render a uncompressed Quicktime file (PAL).
But when I tried to do start the rendering the render progress indicator jumps immediately to 100% - no error message - but also no Quicktime file.
I tried to use other Quicktime options: same thing.
I tried to use any other file type: no problems. I can render any other kind of file.
I tried to reinstall Quicktime and Vegas: Still the same.
I am using a Windows XP system with no known problems. Vegas is running without crashes.
My workaround was: I copied the project to my Laptop and opened it there. And the Quicktime rendered fine on my Laptop!
Does anybody have a clue what can cause such a behavior and maybe how to solute it? (I don’t want to rely on my laptop to master out a TV-ad.)
Thanks for any Idea, Thomas
