RENDERING TO SPECIFIC RESOLUTION

Hi Everyone!

I have to create a video file which plays over multiple screens.  The resolution is 13440pixels x 1080 pixels (essentially seven 1920x1080 screens joined together).    I know in vegas you can't do this high a resolution, so I've scaled it back to the maximum which is 4096x329.

My issue is, what is the best setting to render this kind of video.   I try in various output formats but they are coming back with error messages so I'm obviously getting something wrong.

Can anyone assist.

Graeme

what scheduler application is triggering the content? "i have worked with a few that are international". or is it a "flyway" live feed from a steamer like a matrox? is the screen LED? most systems run mp4 so render mov and select mp4. some digital billboards when you render the content to spec it looks scary but plays perfectly.
