Rendering to WMV - no audio

Hi,
In Vegas 10 HD Platinum I rendered a movie using the the following format:
'Windows media Video V11 ('.wmv)'
I used the template '6.7Mbps HD 1080-25p Video'
The result is a perfectly rendered video - but the audio is missing.

I hope that you can help here.

Do you hear the audio when you preview the project? else you have muted it.

Do you have a (*) after the name of the template? maybe you have excluded the audio under the audio tab.

I hear audio during the preview - in Windows Media Player the audio was not muted either. I also played the WMV file in Quicktime - still no audio.
There is no '*' after the template, what you can see in the brackets is exactly how it's written in the drop-down menu.
I tried also the template '5 Mbps 720-25p video, 5.1 surround' - same result.
I rendered with the same file to Quicktime (in a lower resolution) without problems.
The tutorial videos in WMV format runs as they are supposed to.

I have rendered (Vegas Pro 9.0e) with the same template - and get audio.

Check with the program Mediainfo (free download) that there is an audiostream included in your rendered file (should be wma)
