Two issues I have,
1-When I drag a clip from the media bin to replace as take, only the video is replaced even I didn't select "only video"
2- Once an event been replaced the play head run to the project start and not stay at the work area.
3 To work around this VMS16P mischief, I first delete the "old event" and drag the new one in, now it comes with sound and all is fine but not good.

That's the way adding/replacing Takes works. It's always for video or audio only. Same is in Vegas Pro.
Takes or not Events, Events are not (source) clips. What you want to do is replacing the clip, not the Event or Take.

I can't repro this issue. When I added a Take to an Event the playhead stays where it was before. Note: It's not the Event which has been replaced this way, the Take inside the same Event has been replaced.
