I need some help figuring out how to do this. Basically in the middle of working on a project I acquired excellent HD footage that I wanted to replace with the sub-HD footage I had been using
(think replacing SD film with an HD replica), but these new HD files start many seconds earlier than the previous ones, throwing most of the timeline events out of sync by showing audiovideo from way later than needed.
What I'm trying to do is find an easy method for keeping all the events in timeline exactly where they are but simultaneously "shift" them to an earlier/later point in the main media file they're calling from. Unfortunately there hasn't been too much luck in finding a way.
