I hope this message reaches someone who can truly help me.
I am writing to request urgent help with my VEGAS Pro 22 perpetual license, which I purchased on May 25, 2025. Despite following all the instructions you've sent me, my license is still not appearing properly under My Products, and I’m unable to use the software on the same PC where it was originally installed.
I’ve already tried the usual steps:
Logged into www.vegascreativesoftware.com
Went to My Account → My Products
Tried clicking "Show more details" and “Deactivate”
But unfortunately, nothing shows up or works. I’ve attached screenshots before, but the problem hasn’t been resolved. I’m simply going in circles receiving the same automated replies.
Please, I’m kindly asking for real assistance to restore my perpetual license on the same PC device. This is extremely frustrating, and I’ve done everything I can on my end.
I purchased this license in good faith, and I just want to use the product I paid for. I am not trying to transfer it I only want it restored on the same computer. I hope you understand how disheartening this is.
Please don’t send me the same instructions again. They simply do not work in my case. I truly need someone to manually reset or reactivate the license for my device.
