When in gimp, one can select a "Fuzzy select tool"...

Tool description: Select a contiguous region on basis of color

What it does: With one click, it selects an area based on color/borders as seen in this quick clip:

All "photoshop" style programs have these magic wand type tools... And, since gimp is open source, can't we just take that "fuzzy selector" part of the code and put it in vegas?

Just using those 3 shapes and a curve tool that is clearly sub-par the fuzzy selector are somewhat mediocre in comparisson..;)

That ought to boost production, no? ;)
