Reset deleted all my render settings

I accidentally deleted all cache from sony vegas and my render settings are gone.. Can I get them back?

P.S. - This was 10 minutes ago.

Update: So I found the render settings in the file explorer but they arent able to be seen in sony vegas, how can I fix this?

So you have to search them in the render settings search bar when you find them in the file explorer. Search them by what you named them in the files.
