Resistance when dragging across timeline

Hi, I have changed something somehow and don't know how to revert it. When i grab the top (Grey bit shown in picture, sorry i didn't know the correct name to reference) to move along the timeline, it used to just move with the speed that the mouse was moving, now there seems to be resistance, like it moves at a certain speed, slower no matter how quick i move the mouse. Does anybody know what I have done and how i can revert it back to normal?

I don't ever remember the play head itself moving like that, but if you click and drag across the grey area above it, you can drag out a loop region, which will show you a quick preview as you drag at full speed.

Systems:

Desktop

AMD Ryzen 7 1800x 8 core 16 thread at stock speed

64GB 3000mhz DDR4

Geforce RTX 3090

Windows 10

Laptop:

ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo 32GB (9980HK CPU, RTX 2060 GPU, dual 4K touch screens, main one OLED HDR)

If you grab the top, it will scrub the audio, so it is slower. IF you just grab the line itself, it will move at whatever speed you want.
