I've been using Ulead VideoStudio 8 for a while and then I got Vegas which has a lot more features in it. However I'm not sure how to resize an image that I want to use as a overlay to a background video. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Open Vegas.....import Image (background) into program......drag into timeline making a track.....then in the track section hit the blue and white square button with small arrow called "track motion". .....now grab the image box from the corner and stretch to fill your background (note use the monitor safe area to know exactly how big you want this background example: TV screen is not the same size as Computer Monitor)....Now when importing other images make sure you have this track behind then others so it remains a background.
I hope that helps a little good luck and welcome to the greatest forum on earth and it is not the Great Western one either.
