Resizing Video for PIP or Quad

This is a question for the forum. I am familiar with the Pan/Crop tool and use it often in my productions. There are times when I would like to place up to four full scene video images in one frame with out cropping. Is this possible. I have not figured out how to do this yet and it appears that it cannot be done.

I welcome the forums responses...

Use track motion instead of pan/crop function. Place 4 shots on 4 different tracks and shrink and position each clip or event.

Actually this can be done very easily with Pan/Crop. Place each video on a separate track, stacked up so that they all run simultaneously. In the Event Pan/Crop tab for each video, unselect the Size about Center button, set the Zoom view to a smaller percentage (probably 25%), and drag the crop rectangle by one corner out to twice it's normal size. The video clip will now fill 1/4 of the frame in the opposite corner from the one that was dragged. Repeat using different corners for each clip.
