Several times on this forum it has been mentioned to check our spam box for our upgrade numbers email. I chacked the spam folder each day in Windows Live Mail, and didn't find it. Then it occurred to me to check online at the Yahoo Mail site. There I found a spam folder I didn't even know about. And there, amid 85 other messages I had never seen, the very last one, was the Vegas email. I was also looking for a Magix sender address, since all my other emails from them came that way. This one was sent under the title Vegas. The date on the email was Sep 23, 2016. Right when it was supposed to come.  I apologize to you, Magix team. You did what you said you would do. Thank you.

Yes because if you are checking your email on your mobile phone using yahoo, or exchange apps, there is no spam folder visable. You need to check on your computer where you will find a "spam" folder.
