For some unknown reason I have of late been getting several messages that the last session didn't close down correctly & it offers me the last auto saved position. What I have been doing is saying yes to this. I then check the project & it it has the last changes that I recall making are displayed I then use save as & to save over the last correct project veg.

Is this the correct way to do things? Should I then have to delete the auto save file?
